Manage your choices … not your time.

Time is the scarcest resource, and unless it is managed, nothing else can be managed.
— Peter Drucker

Very often we hear 'Manage your time'. However, we do not manage time. We rather manage our choices and priorities in the time available to us.

How to promote diversity in the workplace?

Creativity and innovation are seen to be “a breath of fresh air” in many organizations. Many people are recruited for their creativity. Yet, along the way, their creativity is stifled by the need to conform to the norm.

I use the fable of “A Peacock in the Land of Penguins” to illustrate. Get your copy of the presentation below:

How to get your CV to pass the 7-second test?

Do you know how long it takes a recruiter to decide if you are the right candidate for a job? Seven short seconds; that's all it takes.

To put that into perspective, close your eyes and take two deep breaths. That's how long recruiters spend on average going through your CV, assessing your background, aspirations and dreams before throwing it in the bin or taking you to the next stage of the application process.

So for those of us entering the workforce or looking to make a career transition, one thing is clear: we need to find ways to stand out - and quickly. Find out more in this presentation in English and French.

Why do you need to be a giver?

Did you know that being kind in life always pays off, both personally and professionally?

To learn more, read this short blog: Are you a giver or a taker?

And always remember that:

You don’t have to be Mother Teresa or Gandhi to be a giver. You just have to find small ways to add large value to other people’s lives.
— Adam Rifkin, Film director.

15 Laws for Work & Life

A Guide to Navigating the Absurdities of the System.

Plans rarely survive contact with reality. Projects expand to fill the time available (Parkinson’s Law), misunderstandings are mistaken for malice (Hanlon’s Razor), and we often focus on the trivial many rather than the vital few (The Pareto Principle).

This booklet is a guide for perplexed leaders. It compiles fifteen universal laws that govern our professional and personal lives and illustrates them through Tilé's lens.

15 Cognitive Biases: The Invisible Filters

A Visual Guide to Distorted Decision-Making

We do not see the world as it is; we see it as we are.

From the Halo Effect to the Planning Fallacy, invisible filters continuously shape our leadership, negotiations and daily choices. These aren't harmless quirks; they are active distortions that cost us time, money and clarity.

This visual guide is not intended to point out flaws in others. It is a mirror to help you audit yourself. After all, wisdom is not the absence of bias, but the discipline of constantly cleaning the lens.

On the left, a person is planting crops in cracked soil, while on the right, a person is tending a small garden with trees, a house, and other people working together. A staircase made of stones connects the two scenes, representing progress or transformation.

Decolonising Global Development

From Dependency to Self-Determination

This visual guide offers a grounded roadmap for rethinking the architecture of international aid. Through the journey of Tilé, we explore the four necessary phases of transformation: shifting our Mindset from saviour to partner, dismantling the Structure of vertical power, amplifying the Voice of those most affected, and adopting a new Practice where sustainability grows from within.

This series challenges us to unlearn deep-seated habits and embrace a humble truth: we are the scaffolding, not the building.
